The waste paper plastic composite bags can be recycled through separation. There are usually two methods:

　　一、通過純加熱的方法

　　I. by pure heating

　　將紙塑復合材料的紙面平放置加熱板上，通過加熱板加熱;當溫度在150℃～280℃之間;經過20秒～50秒的加熱時，紙塑復合材料上的塑料開始收縮變形與紙面分離。

　　Place the paper surface of the paper plastic composite on the heating plate, and heat it through the heating plate; when the temperature is between 150 ℃ ~ 280 ℃; after 20 ~ 50 seconds of heating, the plastic on the paper plastic composite begins to shrink and separate from the paper surface.

　　本方法可以將過去無法處理的廢舊紙塑料袋進行分離，從而使廢紙可以再生，可利用制漿造紙;廢舊塑料可再生造粒，重新拉絲制做紙塑復合袋，或注塑成新的塑料產品。

　　The method can separate the waste paper and plastic bag which can not be treated in the past, so that the waste paper can be recycled and can be used for pulping and papermaking; the waste plastic can be recycled and granulated, and the paper plastic composite bag can be made by rewiring or injection molding into a new plastic product.

　　二、通過有機溶劑溶解分離出紙單體

　　2. Dissolving and separating paper monomer by organic solvent

　　以廢棄的紙塑復合材料為原料，用有機溶劑溶解分離出紙單體后，進行打漿造紙工序，原料在有有機溶劑的溶解槽內，經加熱、攪拌，溶解紙塑復合材料的塑料層，分離紙單體和其它單體層，干燥后，分選出紙片打漿造紙。

　　With the waste paper plastic composite material as the raw material, the paper monomer is separated by dissolving with organic solvent, and then the beating and papermaking process is carried out. The raw material is heated and stirred in the dissolving tank with organic solvent to dissolve the plastic layer of the paper plastic composite material, separate the paper monomer and other monomer layers, and after drying, the paper pieces are separated for pulping and papermaking.

　　該方法簡單可行，對紙塑復合袋分離效率高、效果理想，分離后的紙可用于造紙，降低了造紙生產成本;編織袋可以用于回收再造成編織袋或其他塑料產品，實現了資源循環綜合利用，保護環境，具有很好的社會效益和經濟效益。

　　This method is simple and feasible, which has high separation efficiency and ideal effect for paper plastic composite bags. The separated paper can be used for paper making, reducing the production cost of paper making; woven bags can be used for recycling woven bags or other plastic products, realizing the comprehensive utilization of resources, protecting the environment, and having good social and economic benefits.
