　　(1)根據需滅菌物品的大小,選擇相適應的滅菌袋，將清潔、干燥的物品放入自封平口袋內，滅菌物品不應超過滅菌長度的3／4,這樣才能足夠的封合,否則滅菌袋爆裂的可能性會增加。

　　(1) According to the size of the items to be sterilized, select the appropriate sterilization bag, put the clean and dry items into the self sealing flat bag, and the sterilization items should not exceed 3 / 4 of the sterilization length, so as to seal enough, otherwise the possibility of bursting the sterilization bag will increase.

　　(2)尖銳器械的擺放方向應與剝離方向相反,以確保剝離安全。

　　(2) The placement direction of sharp instruments shall be opposite to the peeling direction to ensure the safety of peeling.

　　(3)揭去開口舌上的離型紙并塞入袋內,封閉袋口,標記滅菌時間、內容和用途等信息。

　　(3) Remove the release paper from the opening tongue and put it into the bag, close the bag mouth, and mark the sterilization time, content and use information.

　　(4)將封閉完好的滅菌袋按紙對紙的方式擺放,然后置于蒸汽滅菌或環氧 乙烷設備內,按常規方式進行滅菌。

　　(4) Place the sealed and intact sterilization bags in the paper-to-paper way, and then place them in the steam sterilization or ethylene oxide equipment, and sterilize them in the conventional way.

　　(5)確認滅菌過程指示標識的變色情況;蒸氣滅菌前為藍色,滅菌后呈灰黑色; 環氧乙烷滅菌前為粉紅色,滅菌后呈褐色。

　　(5) Confirm the discoloration of the indication mark during sterilization; before steam sterilization, it is blue, after sterilization, it is gray black; before ethylene oxide sterilization, it is pink, after sterilization, it is brown.

　　(6)將滅菌完好的滅菌袋置于干燥、避光和清潔區儲存、待用。

　　(6) Put the sterilized bags in a dry, dark and clean area for storage and use.

　　(7)需要使用時,按剝離指示方向剝開滅菌指示袋取出物品即可。
