①用水調節油墨粘度，一般控制在15～25秒。防止粘度過高，造成臟版、糊版。

②使用水性油墨進行鋁箔袋印刷時，PH值應控制在8.5～9之間。

③烘干溫度應控制在五十、六十攝氏度之間，烘干時，風量要大，以保證轉移到薄膜上的水性油墨可以快速風干。

③ The drying temperature should be controlled between 50 and 60 ℃. When drying, the air volume should be large to ensure that the water-based ink transferred to the film can be dried quickly.

④油墨倒入墨槽后，先把印版滾筒空轉2min～3min后，再開始印刷，以保證印版滾筒濕潤，有效攪拌油墨。在印刷的過程中，如遇到臨時停機情況，要保證印版繼續轉動，防止印版上的油墨干固，而造成網穴堵塞。

④ After the ink is poured into the ink tank, the plate cylinder shall be idled for 2min-3min before printing, so as to ensure the plate cylinder is wet and effectively mix the ink. In the process of printing, in case of temporary shutdown, it is necessary to ensure that the plate continues to rotate to prevent the ink on the plate from drying and solidifying, resulting in blocking of mesh holes.

⑤印版滾筒的網穴深度更好淺一點，這樣有利于加快印刷速度，節約油墨。網穴過深，不但阻礙印刷速度、耗費油墨，還容易發生粘連。具體深度保持在15～25um。

⑤ The screen hole depth of the plate cylinder is better to be shallow, which is conducive to speeding up the printing speed and saving ink. Too deep mesh hole not only hinders printing speed, consumes ink, but also easily causes adhesion. The specific depth is kept at 15-25um.

⑥定做食品鋁箔袋印刷前，根據印版滾筒網穴的深度，調整油墨粘度，不要在印刷的過程中往油墨中加水，如有需要，可添加新油墨，保證音頻色相始終一致。

⑥ Before the customized food aluminum foil bag printing, adjust the ink viscosity according to the depth of the screen hole of the plate cylinder. Do not add water to the ink during the printing process. If necessary, add new ink to ensure the consistent audio color.

⑦印刷完畢后，需立刻將印版滾筒洗凈，早墨槽中倒入清水，同時轉動印版滾筒進行清洗，或者加入3%的洗衣粉溶液，進行清洗。

⑦ After printing, the plate cylinder shall be cleaned immediately, and water shall be poured into the early ink tank. At the same time, the plate cylinder shall be rotated for cleaning, or 3% detergent solution shall be added for cleaning.
